Revision Policy
All of our writers at Textoth strive to provide each client with top-quality service, but there may be occasions when we have to modify our writing service type.
We guarantee that if the content does not meet your expectations or if you discover any errors, we will make all necessary revisions at no cost to you until you are completely satisfied.
Please provide us with all the necessary details and instructions prior to the writing of the articles. Editing requests should be based on the original instructions and guidelines that you provided when you placed your order.
Our team will revise the content if we have missed any instructions or requirements you originally provided or if it contains any errors.
Please note that if you request a revision based on instructions that are different from the original instructions or requirements that were not included in the original order, this would not be considered a revision. It would be considered a new order, for which you would be responsible.
Your request for revisions must be received within five business days of receiving the 1st delivery of the order. Once the five business days have passed, your order will be considered approved.
Refund Policy
Once an order has been assigned to one of our staff members, it is considered to be “in process,” and we cannot issue a refund.
Further, we do not accept returns since we deliver our service/products digitally and tailor them to each individual customer; accordingly, they cannot be used for another customer.
